In a 5-person company one wrong hire is 20% of the company. When you do not have a professional HR team on staff how do you get the right people, in the right role, at the right time? Hear from a panel of your peers discussing this most critical of topics for startups – people. Discussion will include topics like recruiting for startups, contractor versus employee, and compensation when you are broke or near broke. As a peer to peer program you are invited to share your insights on recruiting and retaining talent in a startup.
